Welcome to Honesty 1st Family Medicine's Praxis Web Portal. Our easy to use and navigate patient portal is where you will recieve important messages from your clinic/doctor with HIPPA compliant secure messaging to ensure your patient privacy is upheld. Our portal enables you to view current and past medications, allergies, current and past diagnosis's, and any lab work you have received as soon as they arrive. You will also receive alerts for important notifications.

Best of all you will be able to contact your doctor whenever you need to!

So, why not simply use regular EMAIL to communicate with your doctor?

1. Once our clinic receives your information, you will be added in our system as a patient.

2. You will receive an invitation to our portal through the email you provided us with.

Once you recieve the email please go ahead and click on the link and set your password.

3. We will email you the necessary health forms and our HIPPA privacy agreement. Please go ahead and fill these out before your appointment so Dr. Alsamman be able to review your past and present health records.
